“A painter “etcetera”. Behind this laconic pseudonym is a colourful, all-round artist called Louis-Laurent Carpentier, born under the sign of the pencil in Brussels on 4 October 1968. He studied artistic humanities at the Institut St-Luc, completing his training at La Cambre and taking evening classes at the Académie de Saint-Gilles. He then specialised in adding colour by computer, forging successful collaborations with a large number of comic strips, such as L’Agent 212, Cupidon, Du côté de chez Poje and Boule à Zéro.”*
