The Brussels-based Italian-Spanish duo 10ème Arte, Elisa Sartori and Almudena Pano, use their imagination to present the municipality of Neder-Over-Heembeek in their mural entitled “Landscapes in change”.
In this work of art, the 10ème Arte duo focus on the changes that the municipality of Neder-Over-Heembeek has undergone over the last few centuries. This traditionally provincial and rural area has become an urban and industrialised environment. Contrasts have been the essence of this municipality for years: thus, in this work we discover trees becoming chimneys, fields cohabiting with town houses and the famous Meudon house next to a mill touching the canal.
