This work, created by artist Ammar, is the fruit of a partnership between the City of Brussels and the Cinemamed Brussels Mediterranean Film Festival. Inspired by Sufism (a set of Islamic esoteric and mystical practices), the artist has created a dynamic fresco evoking the distortion of perception. Ammar explores Street Art using different techniques such as glitching (a problem that occurs in the electronic circuitry of a computer or video game, causing a bug) and pixelation.
