Web history

Created by the Mac Crew (Paris), Farm Prod (Brussels) and Aerosol Bridge Club (Amsterdam) collectives in 2009, the Kosmopolite Art Tour (K.A.T.) festival aims to foster international exchanges between street artists of all disciplines, and bring street art to a wider audience. It began in the three capitals and then moved beyond Europe to Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Casablanca and Jakarta. In 2015, the Kosmopolite Art Tour festival was organised in Belgium by the Farm Prod collective and the Chez Zelle youth centre. This edition made a stopover in Brussels, as well as in Louvain-La-Neuve and Aalst. The aim is to create a link between the three regions for the first time ever. Part of the canal was transformed for the occasion. The theme chosen was “Utopia”. Brussels is the first city to host it, with the support of the Aldermanship of Culture of the City of Brussels.
