Alba Fabre Sacristán has been invited to take part by the All About Things collective. The film-loving artist put forward a project in homage to the internationally-renowned Belgian film-maker Chantal Akerman. To do so, Alba Fabre chose a scene from the legendary film Jeanne Dielman, 23, quai du commerce, 1080 Brussels. The Aldermanship of Culture of the City of Brussels was also keen for this fresco to be created, to go hand-in-hand with the decision of the Aldermanship of Urbanism to rename the central berm along the Quai du Commerce “Allée Chantal Akerman”.
