This mural was created by the artist Célèste Gangolphe. It is on display in a location dedicated to carers and patients, in order to make the place more welcoming, creative and poetic for all those who work with them on a daily basis. Walking is an invitation to travel. In the midst of a dense landscape, the artist tries to make us forget, for a moment, the place we are in. This blue ribbon of plants pushes back the walls of the corridor. Tigers, panthers and leopards – all figures that walk alongside the hospital staff.

This mural was created as part of the Brugmann University Hospital’s Centenary celebrations.
