The Indexpouce duo, who specialise in letter painting, commandeered street furniture to raise awareness of the importance of recycling. Winner of the “Les bulles à verre se font une beauté” (“Bottle Bank Makeover”) call for projects, the aim of this project is to jazz up urban amenities in the Bockstael district, in collaboration with the City of Brussels’ Environmental Services Department.
