The 10^eme Arte collective’s work often takes root in the environment within which it unfolds. For this project, the duo have left their mark on the public toilets at Place Emile Bockstael in Laeken. Here, characters of all ages hide among the towering weeds. They look at one another, and sometimes, depending on the angle, appear to stare at the public too! This dual element of voyeurism and concealment is part of what makes this essential urban amenity stand out.
